Description

A harpsichord workshop is the opportunity to discover an instrument a little out of time, to have another approach to the keyboard. For two centuries and up to child Mozart, the music written for the harpsichord is extraordinarily rich. Trainees have the opportunity to work daily on instruments of different eras and aesthetics, from a virginal late Renaissance, to a harpsichord late Haydn era or a clavichord.
The workshop can also be an opportunity to discover or deepen the practice of basso continuo.
Possibility of a workshop on tuning and instrument maintenance.

Level

The course is open from children to adults, from beginners to experienced harpsichordists or organists and pianists who want to learn about the feel and style of the harpsichord and early music.
Harpsichordists at all levels, for other musicians, 4 years of minimum practice. Desired contact.
