The emphasis of this internship is on the search for the quality of the gesture, the massage as well as on the relationship between masseur and massé by paying attention to the presence to oneself and to the other.

Program :

Alternating moments of discovery and technical learning and focus:

  1. Discover the world of touch through games and a little theory.

Our functioning and our beliefs in relation to the world of touch.

Consequences of touch on the body and emotions.

Basic principles of the tactile relationship: the golden rules of touch.

Discovery of haptonomic touch.

The pleasure of giving and receiving.

  1. Learning massage.

Learning the basic techniques of Belgian sensitive massage.

Learning the installation and massage of different parts of the body.

The sequence of all these movements to allow you to perform a basic full body massage at the end of the course.

  1. Centering.

Moments of body centering will begin and end each day.

Times of expression (verbal or non-verbal) are planned after certain discoveries and at the end of the day.


All levels accepted.


Cushion or meditation seat - 2 very large sponge or 4 medium sheets - 1 fitted sheet (single bed) - 2 washcloths - massage oil or grape seed oil - Optional : an essential oil.
