The AKDT's small early music department offers you a lot of possibilities : violin / viola, recorder, harpsichord (and other keyboards: organ and pianoforte) and chamber music.
As part of this last course, Guy Van Waas, well known as conductor of the orchestra Les Agrémens but also one of the world's leading specialists in the old clarinet, offers you the opportunity to discover the so-called "old" clarinet.
More "bio" than the modern clarinet (woods from us, few keys ...), it is the instrument that has known and loved Mozart, but already before him, Vivaldi ! A first contact with this instrument is possible, but also a more in-depth work for more advanced musicians.
The discovery of this "ancestor" is most interesting for all clarinettists, whether amateur or (especially ...) teachers.
