Engraving and printing open up a wide range of creative possibilities.

What surprises when we return and discover our printed image!

Inspired by nature and using the resources available around us, we will test rich and varied engraving techniques.

We will discuss drypoint engraving with inking, embossing and monotype techniques, light printing with cyanotype.

We will also test different paper supports to print our prints with a manual press.

Something to have fun and learn during this rich week of training!

Level

Beginner and Intermediate

Material

Apron - hb and 3b pencils, eraser, sharpener, sketch pad (light paper and not too many sheets)

block or pocket paper 300 gr format a3 - 20 sheets minimum.
