The concept of the course :
To discover the practice and its benefits in the alliance of the different techniques of Yoga and the unique stimuli offered by Nature
- 5 elements [earth, water, fire, air & ether] on the opening of the body and the spirit; to act on the global well-being of the person through a sensory awakening
- 5 senses [touch, hearing, sight, taste & smell].
Beginner or advanced practitioner, able to walk at least 10km
Equipment :Yoga mat, cushion, blanket, small backpack, swimming costume and hiking shoes.
