Anders Larsson

Anders and Maria Larsson have been teaching for more than twenty years together. During this time they have developed their own teaching methodology which has been very successful in Europe and the USA. The two have recorded around twenty CDs and play with bands such as Plommon or Svanevit, as Duo Larsson - meanwhile also Trio Larsson/Mayr. Anders has been a guest musician with Garmarna and Triakel. Maria plays the violin, Nyckelharpa recorder and Swedish flutes. Anders sings traditional songs, but also plays guitar, bass, accordion and percussion. Both have studied at the Malmö Academy of Music and the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki.
