Martine MEDOL is a trained flautist and guitarist. After her studies at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, she became a teacher at several music academies in the French-speaking Community, collaborated with various orchestras (Orchestre de Chambre de Wallonie, Orchestre de la RTB, Orchestre National de Belgique, Philharmonie de Luxembourg) and took part in various chamber music projects.

Singing, in all its forms and styles, has always been a mode of expression that she has cherished and that has punctuated her life as a musician, both during her training and in the course of her musical experiences, sometimes as a chorister, soloist or choir director. An eclectic and inquisitive musician, she also has a passion for early music (traverso, singing...), jazz and improvisation. She collaborates on a variety of projects combining her disciplines and other related repertoires (e.g. with the Fullmoon Orchestra).

This workshop connects her passions and many experiences for polyphonic singing and jazz, based on group interractions and relationships between people.
