Description

This course offers an immersion in the art of sketchbooking: learning to see, observe, capture and represent your impressions quickly and simply, and above all, daring to take on the blank page.

Compose, create and colour your observations: discover how to give shape and life to what you see, playing with lines, colours and textures.

Find your place, your moment: choose a space, a detail that attracts you, try to remember it, sketch an atmosphere - like the evening at the bar or the AKDT show. Travel through the interior and exterior environment of the AKDT: this journey will feed the essence of the pages of your sketchbook.

Throughout the course, progress will be supported by practical exercises:

Basic strokes, lines, shapes, light and shadow,

Exploration of different techniques: pencil, ballpoint pen, pen, stick, watercolour and its mixtures, chromatic strength and coloured greys,
Work on values, composition, framing, fullness and emptiness,

Graphics and writing, with some notions of perspective and expression of space. Each participant will be guided to discover and develop their own personal universe, enrich their vision and give their sketchbook a unique identity.
