About me
With a background in socio-cultural activities and training, I came across somato-psychopedagogy in 1998. This practice focuses on the body as a medium for perception, movement and creativity.
It is therefore for me, a way to facilitate learning, but also a way of relating to oneself and to the world, enabling one to situate oneself, and to deploy one's singularity with others.
Since then, I've been combining individual coaching in the office with project coaching, focusing on living together and expressiveness. So that the body can be a support and a resource, and nurture the stability, the right gesture, the quality of presence and the agility of thought necessary to the development of any project.
It was the accompaniment of musicians that brought me to the AKDT in 2014. Since then, I have been running a perceptive pedagogy workshop and intervening in groups and/or on request during the first week. I provide physical support for posture, gesture and expressivity. Resolving tensions, facilitating posture, managing stress, finding a connection with the instrument, the voice, reinforcing stability to hear better, deploying creativity...
During the year, I also accompany musicians, singers and dancers. I regularly lead and co-lead courses. I also myself participate in vocal and musical groups. And collective artistic creation adventures.
As the adventures progressed, to complete my range of support tools, I trained in emotional education, restorative approaches and non-violent communication and to enrich forms aimed at autonomy, I follow-up of training around graphic facilitation, collaboration and collective intelligence tools. I chose to enroll my various activities in a cooperative in order to collaborate with other professionals and participate daily in a responsible, mutually supportive economic dynamic.
