Description
A week to build and deconstruct. Twisting and turning. Talking and creating silences, a week of discoveries in the plastic arts, the spoken word, singing and movement. Be curious at all times. Come and discover your strange wonders, it's going to be surprising. Be curious: "CURIOUS... is properly said of someone who has a desire to learn, to see good things, the wonders of art and nature... (Antoine Furetière.)
To accompany you, we'll have the 'know-how':
With Leslie, everything that can be built, coloured, traced, kneaded, manipulated...
Each day, we'll be working on different plastic art techniques.
With Tania, everything that can be said, sung, written, danced, moved emotionally...
Every day, we'll be looking at voice techniques (singing is life), movement (moving is discovering space), articulation (tongue twisters are about communicating) and character building (transforming yourself is about discovering yourself...).
All of this is brought together, sorted and blended into a performance for an audience on Saturday morning, when we share our adventures and discoveries (all in a spirit of goodwill and fun).
