COVID-19 measures

Wearing a mask is compulsory during each trip and when physical distancing is not possible;


1. Bring your own mouth mask (and don't forget to bring several if necessary);
2. Disinfect your hands regularly, as soon as you enter the establishment;
3. Use your materials as much as possible.

External

The trainee card that you will receive on your arrival is your pass for the duration of your stay and gives you access to all the activities organized by the AKDT.

In Neufchâteau, bicycle or car very useful for getting around during the courses.

Arrival and departure dates - Timetables

The course periods are generally spread out (depending on the session) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. However, the course premises remain accessible until 10 p.m. The times will be specified on the first day of the course.

Music

5-12-19/07/2021 from 8.30 am to 9.00 am for the non-resident trainees.

Children monitoring

Children younger than 14 years old benefit of a permanent monitoring by animators. For the teens up to 14, the Royale Académie Internationale d'Eté de Wallonie counts on the responsibility of the trainees and on their capacity to take themselves in charge. The schedules as well as the place where the parents can pick up their children (for the non-resident trainees) will be specified during the first contact with the teachers. Children are allowed to have their lunch at the restaurant of the Royale Académie Internationale d'Eté de Wallonie.

Important

Insurances subscribed by the Royale Académie Internationale d'Eté de Wallonie DON'T cover the personal objects (INSTRUMENTS-equipment-jewellery-money) except if its responsibility is engaged. The accident insurance intervenes for the part uncovered by the mutual insurance. Please have your documents from mutual insurance in case of health's problem. Take warm and rain clothes (the buildings aren't heated)! Reminder : since the 1st January 2006, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in all the courses locations.
