Description
For almost half a century, passionate musicians have interpreted baroque music with a view to historical research both on an instrumental level and on a stylistic level.
Come discover and/or learn more about these instruments mounted in guts, these arc-shaped bows.
Come read and perform this living music which populated people's daily lives in the 17th and 18th centuries.
The course is open to passionate violinists or violists, interested in discovering or delving deeper into the world of early music, either on their modern instruments or on instruments mounted in gut.
Required level
The course requires mastery of the violin or viola allowing the participant to approach the musical interpretation of the music played.
Equipment required
Bring your instruments but let the teacher know if you need a gut-mounted instrument
