COVID-19 MEASURES

Wearing a mask is mandatory during each trip and when physical distancing is not possible;

Bring your own mouth mask (and don't forget to bring several if necessary);

Disinfect your hands regularly, as soon as you enter the establishment;

Use your personal materials as much as possible. Please follow these guidelines carefully for everyone's safety.

Before completing the online registration form You are strongly advised to read the information below carefully.

Warning !!! From now on, confirmation of a registration will be sent by e-mail at the latest within fifteen days of receipt of your registration request by the AKDT. Note for underage trainees. The Royale Académie Internationale d'Été de Wallonie is not a "School" in the strict sense of the term.

Particular attention is paid to children under 14 who, outside of their lessons, benefit from specific supervision. For minors from 14 years old, the Royale Académie Internationale d'Été de Wallonie relies on the trainees' sense of responsibility and on their ability to take charge of themselves. The trainees undertake to respect the internal regulations and they will have to sign a charter of good conduct. Any serious breach may authorize those responsible for the course to be excluded.

The times and locations of the lessons will be specified during the first meeting with the teachers. Registration Before registering, please read the description of the course in its entirety. Choose an internship in one of the sessions, then fill out the form at the bottom of the presentation of the chosen internship.

How to complete the registration form Complete only one registration form per person and per course.

Final confirmation of your registration for a course will be sent to you by e-mail no later than one month after receipt of your request.

Do not wait to register ; the number of places is limited! Two weeks before the start of a course, we will in principle no longer accept registration (please contact us in this case). Correctly complete all the requested fields (in capitals for the names of the trainee and the city). I

Internships organized only as a day school in 2021 Registration on the basis of a cover letter and a CV with selection of candidates Confirmations of registrations for these specific courses will be made within the time limits set out in the presentation of the course or at the latest 2 weeks before the start of the course.

The acceptance or not of the registration will in no case be motivated by the Royale Académie Internationale d'Été de Wallonie, only a letter of refusal will be sent in the event of non-acceptance of the registration.

After having clicked on: "SUBSCRIBE", an E-mail with the message below will reach you then. "Your registration request has been received!" Final confirmation of your registration for the "chosen" course will be sent to you by e-mail no later than fifteen days after receipt of your registration request.

The final confirmation of your registration along with the payment form will then be sent to you by e-mail no later than fifteen days after receipt of your registration request.

Payment Only the actual payment of the course within 10 days will definitively confirm your registration (resume the structured communication mentioned on the payment form).

In the event of non-payment of the COURSE on time, registration will be canceled. Finally, on the day of reception we will not accept checks or credit cards.

Disclaimer Any withdrawal must be reported to us immediately (by post or e-mail).

Repayment Terms :

For any cancellation up to one month before the start of the internship: an amount of € 30 will not be refunded under any circumstances (administrative costs).

For any cancellation l between one month and 15 days before the course: reimbursement of half the price of the course.

For any cancellation occurring in the 15 days preceding the course: no refund will be made.

A premature departure from the course does not give the right to any reimbursement.

Course changes during the week are not authorized.

Cancellation of an internship by the AKDT

If, at the latest, on the day of the closing of registrations (30 days before the start of a course), it appears that a course cannot take place, the Academy will communicate this decision by email or post to the trainees in the 8 days following the closing of registrations. The reimbursement of a payment already received for this internship would of course be made to the ordering account in our possession, in its entirety.

Insurance

The insurance taken out by AKDT does not cover personal items (instruments - equipment - jewelry - money) except when its liability is engaged. The "accident" insurance covers the part not covered by the mutual. Bring a piece of identification and mutual stickers. Responsible editor: AKDT The information on the site is official.
