Description

A workshop to discover and/or improve your animation skills.

The workshop begins with an introduction to stop-motion animation, a technique that involves creating frame-by-frame films by gradually animating elements such as modeling clay, puppets, drawings, or paper silhouettes through a series of photographs that bring them to life.

A true multidisciplinary creative workshop, the course is not limited to filming. Participants imagine a scenario, design the elements to be animated and the sets using a wide range of techniques (sculpture, painting, drawing, etc.), shoot the film, then assemble and add sound to their film using editing software.

The various animation techniques explored around stop-motion provide a solid foundation for going further and discovering other animation processes.

This is a constantly evolving workshop, designed to keep pace with technological advances and stimulate creativity.
