A week of intensive immersion in the world of body music (vocal singing and acrobatics, human beatboxing, konnakol, body drumming). We will conduct improvisation and composition exercises in small and large groups to prepare for a final concert blending written and improvised pieces. Each day will begin with a time for awakening and listening to the body: body awareness, breathing, movement, energy work using body percussion, etc., in order to experience the body differently and achieve myofascial and mental relaxation.
