Welcome to musicians who want to sing, interpret, play and accompany old songs and tunes from the past. This workshop will give you the opportunity to have fun interpreting old songs, whether Bourvil, Fréhel, Fernandel or others.

This workshop invites musicians to explore spontaneous creativity through free improvisation.
No style is imposed - the only things that matter are listening, curiosity, and openness to the present moment.

Variations for couple dances are the main theme of this summer school: mazurka, scottish, waltz, irregular waltzes and bourrée. In addition, we also teach a number of specific regional dances from Gascogne, Brittany, Poitou and the Basque country, as well as variations for jig and other mixers.

The "versatile guitar" course is for those who wish to discover all facets of this instrument in a practical and creative setting. The guitar is explored in all its richness: as an accompaniment instrument, as a member of an ensemble, or in solo roles.

This workshop explores the connections between traditional/folk music and a more contemporary repertoire. Inspired by artists such as Sting, Peter Gabriel, Kate Bush, and Paul Simon, we will allow our creativity to reinterpret both original compositions and traditional pieces. The workshop is open to instrumentalists and singers alike.

The Balkan Brass Band workshop explores a wide variety of festive Balkan repertoires, learning pieces representative of the musical identities of various countries and regions (Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Turkey, etc.). Melodies, ornamentation, harmonies, rhythms, improvisation: we will attempt to cover as many of these aspects as possible that contribute to the richness of Balkan music.
