Description
The emphasis of this course is on the quality of the relationship between the masseur and the person being massaged.
4 axes are proposed:
- The body
- Touch
- Massage
- Presence
The body
Through various bodily discoveries, we will refine our sense of our own body:
- Finding our inner security through our pelvis
- Feel our depth and our verticality
- Moving to play with our mobility from which massage movements will emerge
- Listening to and welcoming our possibilities, limits and emotions.
Touch
Through games, exercises and theory, approach the world of touch:
- Become aware of our relationship with the touch we receive and give.
- Discover haptonomic touch
- Search together for the "golden rules" of touch
- Experience the sensation of being connected to others
Massage
Using different approaches (visual, auditory and kinesthetic), learn the basic techniques of Belgian sensory massage:
- Discover the installation movements and massage of different parts of the body
- Memorize this learning
- Perform all these movements one after the other to be able to massage a complete body at the end of the course
- Taste the pleasure of massaging and/or being massaged
Presence
In silence, experience special moments to refocus:
- Promote presence to oneself, to others, to what is
