Description
The week will be dedicated to exploring one's own dance, through collective and individual experiments. Tools from the analysis and notation of movement in Laban choreology will be provided to participants to define it, deepen it, question it, enrich it, break it down to better compose it. We will question our creative content to refine our practices.
To nourish one's dance, we will observe its components, its structures and we will feed on other choreographic languages that inspire us.
Required level
This course is aimed at anyone who regularly practices interpretive movement (theater and/or dance) and who wishes to develop their understanding of movement through notation.
