"The joy of writing, speaking, resisting and saying in music" What words should we hold in the face of this death that contemporary history produces with its share of wars, ecological disasters, social injustices, missing people at sea, and various forms of racism?
This word confronted with the impossible, seeking ways out, against all odds, to create possible paths that take us elsewhere, and break away. In search of possible characters and the ability to tell.
To become these authors who try to transmit and create stories, very lively, in the face of what tears away our voice. It will be a question of drawing inspiration and inviting authors from multiple continents.
Objectives:
- Tell and explore narratives of life experiences, struggles and poetry.
- Oralize your writing.
- Discover authors, enter poetry, spoken word or slam.
- Open a field of research without obligation of results, and if it comes so much the better!
- Put into body, into voice, into improvisation the texts with/without sound reinforcement on the microphone.
- Set the texts to music with the group of the musical workshop led by Jonathan De Neck and Sébastien Taminiau.
