Description
Here at the AKDT, I propose a complement to the musical and artistic approach. Perspective pedagogy is a body practice from MDB fasciatherapy. It is based on slow exercises, allowing perception and its effects. It is practiced standing, sitting, sometimes lying down. Each at their own pace, explores through the invitations of movement. Our key word is perception. The group allows you to go faster in the joyful construction of your toolbox to nourish your posture, your management, your stability, your presence.
Word of a trainee: "A meeting with yourself in the "here and now", then the extent of the field of possibilities appears. Denouement, liberation, serenity, the mind and the body find themselves aligned"
In 3 forms:
A weekly, regular 1 hour workshop which offers in-depth training throughout the week to:
- know your body and feel the movement
- find support and strengthen stability
- support work on posture and tension perception,
- improve stress management
- support the creation of group dynamics
- helping creativity, freeing gestures and pushing back limiting frameworks
- deploy movement and quality of presence.
This is a workshop with the same group from start to finish.
A collective or individual meeting to explore posture with the instrument, listening work in collective playing and explore passing voices to deploy sound and movement.
A regular meeting with the group, for a shared discovery around the themes requested by the teacher adapted to the needs.
