ou come to this workshop with the desire to experiment, to test techniques, to create textures, volumes without any constraints. I guide you and teach you to look, to find the texture, the shape with the right materials. The result will depend on the materials brought. The object can be everyday, to wear, to contemplate.

All the useful means to transform and color materials, deconstruct to

reconstruct, deform, pierce, brush, crumple, let light pass through...

Required level

No prerequisites - Depending on your textile affinities

Equipment required

  • Fairly thin plain fabric in large quantities, cotton, linen or viscose (old white or unbleached sheets, fine calico, etc.).
  • Stained cotton or linen clothes to dye (not too thick).
  • 2 or 3 old cotton T-shirts (to cut up) thin ropes, cotton, wool, linen or other recycled fiber thread; thick watercolor-style paper, old books, 1.5mm or 2mm iron or copper wire.
  • Tools:
  • High-performance sewing scissors and small scissors, cutting pliers, cutter, small sewing equipment (needles, pins, thread, etc.), small and large brushes, hooks No. 5, 6 or 7 and of course the apron and rubber gloves.
  • Various tools and materials will be made available to you during the course.
