Description

The poetic poster, the leaflet, the postcard, so many written supports that require specific work on the word and the letter, in the graphic sense of its acceptance. With wooden or lead character cases, portable typographic presses, ink and ink rollers, magazines and many strokes of scissors and glue sticks, participants will rely on the material reality of writing to achieve its poetic development.

Typoésie is the jubilant marriage of typography and poetry; we will exploit the possibilities of layout, we will let ourselves be carried away by the physical beauty of words, we will design collages where the visual impact will open the way to the discovery of unsuspected territories of ideas.

The internship will be supervised by Pascal Leclercq, poet, typographer, collagist and editor (Boustro magazine), author of around ten books published in Belgium and France.
